WATFORD CITY — Charges against a former McKenzie County deputy for possessing child sexual abuse material have been dismissed.
Daniel Boyd Christensen, who was arrested in December 2024 on 44 counts of possessing the materials, had been set to go to trial on Sept. 22. However, all charges were dropped after a judge ruled that the evidence against him had been obtained improperly. kAmk2 9C67lQ9EEAi^^ac`aag\?6HD\r$p|56AFEJQ E2C86ElQ03=2?<QmpD C6A@CE65 3J E96 w6C2=5k^2m[ E96 :?G6DE:82E:@? 3682? :? =2E6 a_ab H96? 2 rJ36CE:A—4@?E2:?:?8 @?6 7:=6 @7 DFDA64E65 49:=5 D6IF2= 23FD6 >2E6C:2= 2?5 =:?<65 E@ r9C:DE6?D6?VD A9@?6 ?F>36C—H2D DF3>:EE65 E@ =2H 6?7@C46>6?E] p55:E:@?2= >2E6C:2= H2D =2E6C 7@F?5 @? r9C:DE6?D6?VD A9@?6 2?5 4=@F5 DE@C286] k^Am kAmr9C:DE6?D6? 2C8F65 E92E 9:D 52E2 925 366?
