Taylor Swift has allegedly agreed to be deposed in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s legal battle, according to court docs obtained by Page Six on Friday.

The “A Simple Favor” star, 38, first sued Baldoni in December 2024 , claiming he sexually harassed her while filming “It Ends With Us.” Lively also accused him of spearheading a smear campaign against her. 7

Baldoni, 41, meanwhile, denied the allegations and countersued Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds , their publicist Leslie Sloane and Sloane’s p.r. firm Vision PR Inc. for $400 million in January.

The “Jane the Virgin” alum accused his “It Ends With Us” co-star of defamation and extortion.
