A report released by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) indicates the secretaries of the Army, Navy, and Air Force have agreed to update service policies regarding the reporting of violent threats after a member of the U.S. Army Reserve carried out the deadliest shooting in Maine's history.
Attorneys for victims of the Lewiston mass shooting say the findings of the report enormously strengthen their lawsuit against the U.S. government.
