Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old Utah man accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk, is currently being held without bail at the Utah County Jail

A probable cause affidavit obtained by PEOPLE says he is likely to be charged with aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury and obstruction of justice

A formal indictment will be filed in the next three days, at which time Robinson will be arraigned and enter his plea to the charges

Tyler Robinson was taken into custody on Friday morning in connection with the assassination of Charlie Kirk .

The 22-year-old is accused of assassinating Kirk on Sept. 10 during an appearance by the right-wing activist at Utah Valley University hosted by his organization, Turning Point USA.
