The 4th annual Pickleball for Mental Health tournament served up a winning combination of sport and support this past weekend, raising an impressive $31,000 for the Canadian Mental Health Association – South Okanagan Similkameen (CMHA-SOS).

Held in Penticton, the tournament brought together 217 players of all ages and skill levels, who competed for gold, silver, and bronze medals.

Participants traveled from across the region to take part in the spirited event, which combined friendly competition with a meaningful cause.

Funds raised will go directly toward critical mental health programs and services in the community. These include suicide prevention training, anger management classes, Mental Health First Aid, Unity Clubhouse programming, mental health advocacy, and a meals program for
