BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Bryan High School was placed on a “secure” lockdown on Friday due to a reported suspicious person near campus.
KBTX received a couple of reports from Bryan High parents hearing about the lockdown from their students.

The district shared an email sent to parents after the lockdown, saying safety protocols were immediately put in place after receiving the report.
Secure lockdown means school is happening as normal inside the building but exterior doors were locked to keep students in and possible intruders out.
Bryan High was on lockdown for a short time and Principal Greg Bowhuis said police are investigating.
