CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -There’s a new dining option for downtown workers and Playhouse Square patrons.

Something Good Social Kitchen recently opened up. They’re serving up burgers and hotdogs, salads and fries, plus a lot of good vibes.

The restaurant officially opened with mission, “every meal that you buy helps someone in need.”

Founder Ricky Smith tallies the orders taken at their kiosk in Playhouse Square Plaza about once a month, pulls up to a place in the community to feed those in need.

“Whether it’s pulling up to a retirement home, pulling up to a homeless shelter, whatever it may be. So we joke that the fatter you get, the more you help,” said Smith.

On Cleveland Cooks Smith shared their method for making the “Melt Down.”

“All our burgers are chop style,” explains Smith.
