Kaitlyn Bristowe is still dealing with pain from injuries she sustained on Dancing with the Stars five years ago.

If you forgot, the 40-year-old Bachelor alum won season 29 on the ABC competition series with pro Artem Chigvintsev back in 2020.

“I’m still suffering years later from cracked ribs,” Kaitlyn shared on Tori Spelling ‘s podcast MisSpelling , which was released on September 10.

Tori – who was voted off first while appearing on season 33 of DWTS – said, “I wish I had known you before because then I could have gotten some tips on what to do.”

“I just would have said don’t injure yourself,” Kaitlyn told her. “That’s just — that was like my main focus, was to stop getting injured all the time.”
