PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- Legends live forever. That's what the slogan is for area band Revel In Red's upcoming event "Revel In Black: Pete Ramsey Memorial Concert," honoring their longtime bass player, who died in July.

The concert will be held on Sunday at the 3300 Event Center on Willow Knolls Drive in Peoria, and will feature four different bands on the main stage, and three bands performing acoustically at Third Chance Bar & Lounge, located in the event center.

Brian Carroll, lead vocalist and a guitarist for the band, said they wanted to put on an event that would personify the kind of person Pete was and the impact he had on the community.
