A Billings man already facing multiple counts of child sex abuse is now accused of raping a total of five underage girls.
The case against Brandon Lee Loomis initially resulted in criminal charges filed against him in May of this year. After pleading not guilty to allegations of raping four girls, some of whom he plied with drugs and alcohol, a fifth alleged survivor came forward and reported abuse. Loomis is scheduled to appear in court next week to enter a plea for the additional charges.
The investigation into Loomis started in February, when BPD received a report of possible sexual abuse from the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services.
