High level clouds start to move in tonight and expanding northward on Thursday. Highs on Thursday will be in the mid to upper 80’s with mostly cloudy skies. There is a chance for showers and storms on Thursday for areas mainly south of Highway 50, but an isolated or stray storm could develop in the Truckee Meadows as well. There is a better chance for storms to the north on Friday, before going down again on Saturday. Hail, gusty winds, lightning, and downpours are possible with any storms that do develop. Highs on Friday will be in the mid 70’s. Sunday will be dry but another system moves in next week.
