After two successful seasons of The Night Agent , one of its most beloved stars won't be returning for season 3. The action-packed Netflix series follows FBI agent Peter Sutherland, who is defending the country while protecting the former CEO of a cybersecurity company, Rose Larkin.

In an interview with Deadline , Luciane Buchanan, who portrays Rose, revealed that she will not be coming back for the highly anticipated third season. She explained that while she is sad to go, she understands why her character is being written out, and she is still very excited about The Night Agent's future.
