Man shoots, kills neighbor after disturbance in southeast Wichita, police say

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – Wichita police say a disturbance between two neighbors on Friday evening left one person dead and the other in custody.

Brad Wright, Public Information Officer for the Wichita Police Department, said officers responded to the 900 block of South Vassar around 6:15 p.m. Friday to the report of shots fired.
