The Blue Jays appear to be gaining momentum again as they make a final push toward winning an American League East division title for the first time in 10 years.

After taking two of three in a crucial series against the Houston Astros at the Rogers Centre, the Jays’ winning ways continued against the Baltimore Orioles on Friday night.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went 3-for-3 with a couple of walks, while Isiah Kiner-Falefa and Myles Straw each had a pair of hits in the 6-1 victory. Right-hander Chris Bassitt limited the Orioles to one run across five strong innings, while five relievers combined to toss four scoreless.
