GAYLORD ― It'll be a few more weeks before Gaylord St. Mary football will be playing the games that will test it the most, with undefeated Pellston, Breckenridge and Inland Lakes in three of the last four weeks of the season.
Until then, GSM will have to stay engaged with the task at hand each week, take care of business and avoid any major injuries before they reach that important stretch of games. The Snowbirds did all of those things during their Week 3 victory over Forest Area on Friday, Sept. 12, a 47-0 win that keeps GSM undefeated overall and in Ski Valley Conference play.
