Mia Phillips, who suffered extensive injuries in a hit-and-run crash in Osceola County, is speaking out about the incident that has left her unable to work and without a home.

"I don't know what, what kind of heart or what it is, but you messed my whole life up," Phillips said.

Phillips described the terrifying moments following the crash, saying, "I was under his car. When he hit me, he sat on top of me for a good five minutes, and then he left me."
