HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WLOX) - Since 2018, the Bryant Center at Tradition has been dedicated to creating an environment that enhances student learning.
Fast forward seven years, and it now stands tall in Harrison County as a center of excellence in nursing education by the National League of Nursing.
Teresa McDonald is the Nursing and Health Professions Vice President. She says it’s a testament to the body of students and faculty.
“That’s all on our faculty, their faculty excellence, and our student success,” she said.
More than 1,100 nurses have graduated since 2021.
“This is an opportunity for personal growth, as well as generational growth, and so to me that is just a wonderful feeling when I know that we are making a part in someone’s life and their families,” McDonald said.
