DULUTH, Minn. — The Michigan Tech Huskies volleyball team opened its weekend at the Up North Tournament with a 3-2 loss at Minnesota Duluth on Thursday. The teams traded set wins (25-19, 22-25, 25-22, and 15-25) with the Bulldogs taking the fifth 15-9 to remain undefeated.

“I’m so proud of the team for battling the way we did this evening,” Huskies coach Cindy Pindral said. “We did a good job of executing our game plan and playing with poise. There were just a few moments where we let up, and they were able to swing the momentum their way. We learned a lot from this match and will continue to chip away at improving all-around.”
