Coachella Valley High School had nearly 500 yards of total offense on Friday, but the Arabs struggled inside the 10-yard line in a 40-24 loss at Palo Verde Valley.

The Arabs (1-3) continued a bit of a spiral with their third consecutive loss.

Coachella Valley did not score in the first half and trailed by two touchdowns at the Intermission, following four empty drives. Each time, the Arabs drove the length of the field only to come up empty on points.
