Spectrum News NY1 will be hosting a Democratic mayoral debate and a Democratic debate for city comptroller in the leadup to the city's primary elections on June 24.

These two debates will air live on Spectrum News NY1 at 7 p.m.

Tuesday, June 10 — A debate between the leading Democratic city comptroller candidates

Thursday, June 12 — A debate between the leading Democratic mayoral candidates

Viewers will also be able to watch for free on Spectrum News NY1’s online platforms.

Candidates who opted into the city’s public matching funds program and meet eligibility criteria will be required to take part in Spectrum News NY1’s debates, as well as in five debates being hosted by PIX11 and two being hosted by WNBC, according to the city’s Campaign Finance Board.
