Two men accused of going online and trying to pick up children for sex won't be charged, while prosecutors are moving ahead with multiple other cases stemming from the same sting operation .

Here's what we know about those and other cases considered recently at the Marion County Judicial Center:

Jovan Demetrice Brown Jr. & Aaron Taylor Martin

According to court filings, the state has announced that it won't bring charges against Martin, 20, or Brown, 26.

Prosecutors said although there was probable cause for the arrests, the likelihood of conviction at trial was slight.

Brown was arrested on a charge of use computer to seduce/solicit/lure child, and Martin was held on a charge of unlawful use of two-way communications device to facilitate felony.
