Texas A&M (2-0) travels to Notre Dame (0-1) in one of the top college football matchups in Week 3.

The Fighting Irish defeated the Aggies 23-13 in College Station, Texas, in the 2024 season opener, although both teams have different quarterbacks in 2025.

Notre Dame's offense is now led by redshirt freshman CJ Carr, who takes over for Riley Leonard after the latter led the Fighting Irish to the national championship game last season. The Aggies, meanwhile, will deploy Marcel Reed under center, after Reed took over for Conner Weigman last season.

Carr struggled through three quarters against Miami in Notre Dame's season-opening loss, but found success in the fourth quarter after nearly leading the Fighting Irish to a comeback win. He finished his first career start with 221 passing yards and two touchdowns to an interception, along with a rushing score.
