DEAR ERIC: Should I tell my sister that her son, “Noah,” a recent college grad looking for a job, comes across as entitled in a job interview? This may be the reason he is still hunting for a job a full year after graduation when his peers have secured positions.

I am aware of this remark because a friend of a friend of mine is a manager of a company where Noah interviewed.
