(WHTM) - No. 2 ranked Penn State will host Villanova on Saturday in the Nittany Lions' bid to remain undefeated.

Penn State is coming off a 34-0 shutout of FIU that drew questions as to whether the offense could put up points against a ranked opponent.

The unranked Villanova Wildcats present the chance for one last "tune-up" before they face a top-ranked Oregon team in the White Out on September 27.

"We've got a ton of respect for Villanova, how they play, how competitive they've been year in and year out," said Head Coach James Franklin on Wednesday. "They got a veteran coaching staff, has done a great job. They came in last time and gave us fits."
