New court documents filed by Justin Baldoni’s lawyers say Taylor Swift has agreed to sit down for questioning in Blake Lively’s sexual harassment case against him. Swift’s lawyers say she did not agree to a deposition and clarified that if she's forced to, it cannot be until the week of October 20 due to preexisting professional obligations.
