SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) -- We made it to the weekend! This weekend starts off with active skies in eastern Utah, but not quite as active as Friday was.
Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are on deck for areas east of I-15, but a few isolated thunderstorms are still possible on the Wasatch Front and the West Desert. Apart from that, a mix of sun and clouds is expected in the north while southwest Utah stays dry and clear. There is a risk of flash flooding for some spots in eastern Utah, the outdoor recreation areas in south-central and southeast Utah are under a "Possible" threat for flash flooding.
