BOILING SPRINGS — Crest football went into Friday night looking to find out where it stood in the state’s pecking order. Instead, the Chargers learned just how much work they still have to do.

Dubbed as one of the more anticipated matchups of Week 4, Weddington turned its matchup with Crest into a one-sided affair, running away with a 31-10 win at Sid Bryson Stadium in Boiling Springs on Sept. 12.
