NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio – Wadsworth left no doubt from the start.
The Grizzlies (4-0, 1-0) showcased their potent offense by piling up over 550 yards in a convincing 48-14 win over host North Royalton (1-3, 0-1) in Suburban League National Conference play on Friday night.
The Grizzlies high-powered attack, which came into the game averaging 45.7 points, totaled 557 yards (330 rushing), with the first-team offense scoring on seven of their eight possessions.
“I thought our offense did a nice job reacting to what they were doing defensively,” said Wadsworth coach Justin Todd. “They threw us a couple new looks that we hadn’t worked on, but I think we did a nice job adjusting to that.”
