THE Colorado Buffaloes certainly aren't off to the start that Deion Sanders expected.

Colorado fell to 1-2 on Friday after suffering a shocking loss to Houston.

Colorado was stunned to open the season, losing 27-20 to Georgia Tech.

However, they bounced back in a big way against Delaware in Week 2, winning 31-7.

Also in that game, it appeared that Colorado had found their quarterback.

Third-string QB Ryan Staub stepped up with others struggling, leading Colorado to victory.

That earned him the start in Week 3 against Houston.

The good times didn't last long though, as Houston rolled through Colorado without much issue, winning 36-20.

Staub passed for just 204 yards and a touchdown while throwing two interceptions.
