The American Legion , the nation’s largest veterans service organization, is bringing a team of staff members to speak directly to veterans about their concerns with VA health care in Connecticut, officials said .

The System Worth Saving program creates on-site visits around the United States to speak directly with veterans, according to officials. During these visits, a team of American Legion staff members and volunteers work side by side with Veteran Affairs medical staff, to listen and come up with answers related to concerns about VA health care.

The visit includes a town hall where all local military veterans are invited to attend and share their experiences with the VA. During the town hall, American Legion representatives, VA staff members, and others will be in attendance to
