ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — Business owners, community leaders, nonprofits, and local organizations gathered Saturday morning in St. Petersburg for a day of unity and organization at the Mayor's Neighborhood Summit.
The goal of the meeting and exhibition was to help connect people living in the area, with a theme of individual neighborhood uniqueness.
"The whole mantra for us is we are St Pete. That means all of us, we have to know our neighbors. Uniqueness is our strength," Mayor Ken Welch said.
