The 2015 season always stands out in my mind. Sandwiched between years of bad and years of good was this one shining beacon of good where it felt like the New York Jets really could be anyone. The offense had a passing game that featured two thousand yard receivers AND a thousand yard rusher. The defense featured a prime-ish cornerback Darrelle Revis and a formidable defensive line. While every week wasn’t a boon, it felt like that team “could” beat anyone.

But the last week came and the need to win one more time came to make the playoffs. Sadly, that did not happen, with quarterback (and team leader) Ryan Fitzpatrick having a tough game as a big reason why. I’ve always remembered that game and I’m sure many Jets fans do.
