A house that sold for $600,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Manchester in the past week.

The area saw a total of eight residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $348,125. The average price per square foot was $216.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
