Police identify man who was shot, killed by neighbor after disturbance in southeast Wichita

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – Police have arrested a 38-year-old man on Friday after he allegedly shot and killed his neighbor.

Officers responded to the 900 block of South Vassar around 6:15 p.m. Friday, where they found 48-year-old Brian Baker in a front yard with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso. Baker was transported to a local hospital and was pronounced deceased about a half-hour later.
