Over 100,000 demonstrators crowded the streets of London for a march organized by activist Tommy Robinson. The “Unite the Kingdom” rally took place at the same time as a smaller opposing protest organized by the "Stand Up To Racism" group. More than 1,000 police officers were on duty to keep the peace and separate the groups.
