NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) - North Charleston police are investigating a Saturday afternoon shooting.

Officers responded to a “disturbance with shots fired” off Roxboro Road around 5:15 p.m.

Once there, they found one person who had been shot inside an apartment.

No other details were immediately available. Police ask that people stay away from the area.
