SHREVEPORT, La. – Music lovers from across the region gathered in Columbia Park on Saturday for the 21st Annual Highland Jazz & Blues Festival, a free community celebration filled with funk, soul and plenty of local flavor.

The festival featured an all-day lineup of jazz and blues acts, showcasing both local talent and national performers. Organizers describe it as a “party in the park,” complete with food trucks, art vendors and family-friendly activities.

Since its start, the Highland Jazz & Blues Festival has drawn thousands each year. Admission is always free, thanks to community sponsors and support.
