Cicero police are asking the public’s help in locating two people possibly connected to the strangulation of a man last month.
Officers conducted a well-being check Aug. 28 for a 40-year-old man at a home in the 2800 block of South Cicero Avenue in the west suburb, police said.
They found the man unresponsive inside, and he was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. A Cook County medical examiner’s office autopsy ruled his death a homicide.
Police said they have identified two people who may have information about the incident. Both are Hispanic men in their late 20s or early 30s and are known to frequently use public transportation in the Chicago area, according to police.
