LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

We have received several reports of a fire near downtown Louisville.

MetroSafe 911 confirmed to WLKY that the Louisville Fire Department is working a fire near the Meriwether and Schnitzelburg neighborhoods.

It said the Louisville Fire Department is responding to a large trash fire near Meriwether Avenue and South Shelby Street.

No additional information has been reported.
