The NASCAR Cup Series competed at Bristol Motor Speedway on Saturday night, and it was one of the most chaotic races of 2025. The tire wear was drastically different from practice, shredding after 40-60 laps. It was a race of survival, speed, and the right strategy, with a Joe Gibbs Racing driver claiming the Crown Jewel event.

Christopher Bell and the No. 20 team for Joe Gibbs Racing won the Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol, earning their fourth victory of the 2025 Cup Series season. Bell was running in second place behind Brad Keselowski when the final caution came out, leading to late-race pit stops. The driver of the No. 20 car cleared for the lead on the restart; however, Keselowski gave him a big bump in Turn 3 on the final lap, only to come up short.

Last weekend at World Wide Technology Raceway, Bell was fired up because he finished in seventh place with the best race car. Now, Bell will celebrate his Crown Jewel at Bristol, while Austin Dillon, Josh Berry, Alex Bowman, and Shane van Gisbergen's championship runs end after being eliminated in the Round of 16.
