Hundreds gathered at the Huntington Beach Pier Sunday evening to honor the life of conservative podcast host Charlie Kirk, who was fatally shot during a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10.

Attendees lit candles, waved flags, and shared memories of Kirk, the 31-year-old co-founder of Turning Point USA. The vigil, organized by local supporters and Turning Point USA affiliates, featured moments of silence, speeches, and songs reflecting on Kirk’s impact on conservative youth activism. Some participants waved white flags while others echoed chants honoring Kirk’s legacy.
