Robert Parke: Belfast ex-bar manager who ‘wanted to kidnap, decapitate and rape a child’ facing another 28 charges

Having been granted bail last Wednesday, Robert John Parke was back in court on Saturday having breached the conditions and to face further charges. He was remanded in custody.
