THE scorecards for Canelo Alvarez's stunning defeat to Terence Crawford have been revealed.
The Mexican warrior's second reign as undisputed super-middleweight champion came to an end at the hands of a mercurial Crawford at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas early on Sunday morning.
Crawford was too fleet of foot and elusive for the Guadalajara gladiator, whom he defeated via unanimous decision.
Judges Tim Cheatham and Max De Luca turned in 115-113 scorecards in favour of Crawford.
Third judge of the night, Steve Weisfeld, had a wider scorecard in favour of Crawford, scoring it 116-112 for the successful challenger.
De Luca and Weisfeld's early scoring of the bout raised eyebrows among boxing fans.
De Luca, somehow, scored the fight in favour of Canelo when it was clear he was bei
