HOUSTON (KIAH) — Sunday should be another warm, humid day in the weather, but there may be a chance for an isolated storm in the Houston area this afternoon.
Even though there continues to be a high pressure in the region, there was some brief storm activity on Saturday. That may continue on Sunday, as some storms may pop up in the northern part of the region. There is also a chance of rain along the coastal areas as well.
The rain will not bring cooler temperatures as they are expected to stay in low-to-mid-90s, with lows in the low-to-mid 70s.
The rest of the week could look like Sunday. Mostly dry with a possible chance of a pop-up storm in the afternoon. Temperatures will remain in the low 90s.
