The glass-half-empty view of Drake Maye is that he's 3-10 as the New England Patriots' starting quarterback, with 17 turnovers (11 interceptions, six fumbles lost) in those 13 starts. While he's physically talented, he's prone to making back-breaking mistakes at inopportune times that hamper his team's ability to win.

The more optimistic view is that Maye is still just 23 years old, and that after surviving a season of dysfunction under a first-year head coach (Jerod Mayo) and offensive coordinator (Alex Van Pelt), Maye has the opportunity to blossom into a franchise QB with the right pieces (and coaches) around him.
