Editor’s Note: I had the distinct pleasure of interviewing Chelsea Walsh last fall about Ryan Routh. Like many other Americans in Ukraine at the time, she could not help but take notice of the colorful, flamboyant fellow American who strived to stand out in a war-torn nation.
