TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Homeowners in the Catalina Foothills called on Pima County to repave their roads at an HOA meeting Saturday morning.

Residents in the Cimarron Foothills neighborhood said their streets are too dangerous for walkers and bikers, and are asking for more details on how to move to the top of the county’s road repair list.

The roads in Cimarron were last repaved 25 years ago. June McLean, the President of the neighborhood’s HOA, said they’re past due for an update.

“As you all know we have beautiful homes, gorgeous views, and horrendous roads,” McLean said at the meeting.

County officials told them getting it done may be more difficult than they expected.
