The Jets honored the late Charlie Kirk on Sunday ahead of the team’s Week 2 matchup against the Bills, days after the conservative activist was assassinated while speaking at a Utah campus event.
Images and video clips of Kirk and his young family with wife Erika were featured on the Jumbotron at MetLife Stadium prior to kickoff.
Kirk, the co-founder of Turning Point USA, was fatally shot on Wednesday during an outdoor engagement at Utah Valley University.
