PHOENIX — A man has been arrested after police say he destroyed a memorial for Charlie Kirk at Turning Point USA headquarters.

The Phoenix Police Department said 19-year-old Ryder Corral was arrested on Sunday at the headquarters, located near 48 Street and Beverly Road.

Corral was detained by witnesses until officers arrived, police said.

Corral is facing multiple charges, including criminal damage and disorderly conduct.

Mourners have been gathering at Turning Point USA since the assassination of Kirk last week.
