The New York Jets ’ Sunday went from bad to worse.

After they ran just three plays in the third quarter, the Jets were handed an injury to Justin Fields . The quarterback was sacked by Buffalo Bills defensive end Joey Bosa and hit his head hard off the field in the fourth quarter.

Fields entered the blue medical tent before he was taken to the locker room to be evaluated for a concussion , the Jets announced.

Prior to the injury, Fields completed three of his 11 passes for 27 yards. He added 49 yards on the ground.

Fields wasn’t the only quarterback to suffer an injury Sunday. Josh Allen was bleeding profusely from his nose in the first half. He rushed to the sideline was tended to by the trainers before Allen returned with gauze up his nose.
